UPDATE: THE NAIL SHE FIXED THAT I HAD TO GO BACK TO HAVE FIXED THE NEXT DAY, CRACKED AGAIN IN THE SAME EXACT SPOT AND THE ENTIRE MIDDLE HAS A CIRCLE OF POLISH MISSING. also after my nail was chipped within 24 hours and i went to get it fixed, they took numerous people in front of me as i sat waiting, including a walk in.
i wonder if it may have to do with the extremely rough scraping of the gel polish during removal, which is making my nails extremely thin. they use perfect match gel polish which ive never had an issue with before but it may he the top coat or the primer. i got the chips fixed the next day, 3 days later they are all chipping and 2 peeled. From the moment you enter our beautiful locations, you will immediately experience a refreshing difference. this 3rd w as a light blue that chipped after i left so i went back for a fix and was told “YOUR NAILS ALWAYS CHIP MAYBE TRY SOMETHING ELSE”, they peeled once, and this is the 1st time they chipped. the man is extremely rude, he is constantly rolling his eyes and if you watch him do the little free massage that comes with your service, he always looks so over it.
Started coming back here after a few years of using another place, nothing has changed. I will never come back to this place and I live in uniondale and this place isn’t just around the corner so for me to have been coming here for almost a year to pay my hard earned money and service to be treated this way was uncalled for. When I was done and at the front to pay another lady who didn’t do my nails at all is gonna ask how I’m paying my tip cash or card which I thought was extremely out of place because not only did I fee uncomfortable she didn’t even do my nails so I told her she was being rude and I gave the lady who actually did my nails a tip which I shouldn’t have. Mind you I got gel for both and paid $54. So I was told to just sit in the pedicure chair and the other lady got seated and started on hers so I waited about 20 mins before one of the girls came from the back and did my nails and toes. Not to sound rude but a Caucasian women walks through and they immediately greet and ask her what she wanted and told her about 2 mins which I thought was extremely rude because not only was I here before here and not greeted but I actually had an appointment. So I come back at 1 and when I say no one greeted me not one person some even just looked no one asked how can I help you or anything so I just sat patiently. About 20 mins later I decided to give them a call so I speak to the guy and I was able to come in at 1pm which I thought was funny because when I came in person it was a dif ferent story. So I come in about 20 mins after they open and as soon as I walk through the door one lady shakes her head and says they are busy when it was about 4 customers, so I asked what time will b better and she told me I don’t know so I left. Agnes serviced my mani and pedi and I have no complaints.I WILL NEVER RETURN! I’ve been coming here for about a year and today just turned me off. Called made an appt for 1230pm showed up at 12:20 and was seen right away. Since I'm new to the area, I wanted to try a local nail place. They have complied with covid regulations and have been very clean throughout. I have nothing but good things to say about this nail salon. We arrived at 1:32 and then waited 15 more minutes. Made an appointment for my wife and I to get pedicures together on a Sunday. Opening hours, address and driving directions to QQ nails in North Battleford. My nails fell off in 3 days, my cuticles are Raw from filing and I had. Jason is nasty and they all make you feel like they are talking about you. The worst Nail Salon EVER! I will never go back. My 10 years old asked to have galaxy design and unicorn designs and this salon did great jobs and she's super happy.
